Gregory’s Bistro Announces Black Friday Menu

In honor of the weekend, they will be waiving the corking fee but don’t forget that they are BYOB.  They will sell out, so you’ll need to make reservations quickly. Mention the special menu when making your reservation.

Special menu for Friday, November 26th and Saturday, November 27th:

First Course – French Onion Soup ~ OR ~ House Cured Salmon, Capers and Basil Pesto and Baby Greens

Second Course – Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass on a Bed of White Bean Casserole Drizzled with White Truffle Oil  ~  OR  ~ Pan Roasted Duck Breast, Potato Au Gratin and a Wild Mushroom Sauce and Grilled Asparagus

Sweets Finale – Chocolate Souffle, Fresh Whipping Cream ~ OR ~ Strawberry Creme Cake with a Mint Vanilla Sauce.
